1. Use of Services

TaxStrategyX offers consulting engagements designed to optimize your obligations. All engagements are subject to availability. You must comply with all applicable laws.

2. Info Products

Our info materials include digital guides, templates, and tutorials. Access is granted upon full receipt of your fee. Materials are for personal reference and may not be distributed.

3. Physical Goods

Select items may be offered for purchase. All orders are subject to stock availability. We strive for accurate descriptions and prompt delivery.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Cancellations submitted within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a refund of fees paid, minus administrative charges.
If you wish to postpone a session, notify us at least 48 hours in advance and we will arrange a new date at no extra charge.
After a session has begun or if cancellation is requested after 7 days, fees are not refundable, as resources are allocated and experts engaged.

4.2 Info Products

All digital guides and tutorials carry a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
To request a refund, contact support via Contact Form. Approvals will be processed within 10 business days.
If more than 50% of materials have been accessed or downloaded, we may decline a refund request.

4.3 Physical Goods

Merchandise may be sent back for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided items remain in original packaging.
To request a send-back, contact us at Contact Form to receive shipping instructions.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection.
